Capgemini

Note: This is a daily stock update and the information stands true as of 21/03/25, 09:00 CET.

Company Update:
Accenture shares fell yesterday after the company reported a slowdown in US government contracts due to ongoing cost cutting measure. For Accenture, US government contracts was c 8% of its global revenues.
This is obviously a negative X read for Capgemini that generates around 35% of its topline in the US even though we don’t have a split between public and private sector. Our analyst believes that US government sector is around 3 - 4% of Capgemini’s topline.

Expert Opinion:
This isn’t a surprise and both Accenture and Capgemini were heavily impacted over the last couple of months on that thematic. Capgemini’s valuation is attractive with PE25 below 14x and in our opinion. Any further share price drop is rather an opportunity to build a position for the long run.
